Installing new side out awning
I look at your video ,it looks easy.This is the first time i have ever did
this. Is it better to run the side out all the way. In the video it looks like
the side out was not all the way out. My awning is 162" long. I'm not sure if I will do this. It sure looks easy. I live in Frostburg, Md.

Answer: Yes William run the side all the way out, It is easy with two people
one on each end of the roller tube.

I would like to replace both slide topper material on my motor home. Do you also provide topper material with a protective plastic or metal cover that connects to the rail to the topper cover and winds up when retracted to prevent the topper Martial from the elements. I see the slide topper at Camping World offer this option and I was wondering if you do as well. My window and awning shades have this protection and they are still in great shape while my slide toppers have greatly deteriorated.

Hi Dave
I do not provide the the plastic or metal wraps with the toppers.
If you have existing wraps with the single bead attachment I can
provide you with new slide topper fabric for them.
