This product is warranty for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase, against rot or excessive deterioration, mildew stains and excessive loss of strength and color. If this product becomes unserviceable within the terms of this warranty, Shade My RV will supply replacement fabric free of charge. Labor, Installation and shipping charges are the responsibility of the owner. This warranty is not transferable, warranty is to the original purchaser, proof of purchase will be required.
